ARCHITECTURE
The construction of the Or-Akiva cultural center was the cornerstone of the plan to establish Or-Akiva as an advanced city. The project, which won the first prize in an open public competition in 1996, again won the Beautiful Israel prize in 2003 when it was completed.
ARCHITECTURE
The “Magid” Community Center in Tel Aviv is a great example of this trend. The center’s program reflects the needs and aspirations of the community, with careful attention paid to accessibility, sustainability, and versatility. Innovative design solutions addressed challenges such as limited space and budget constraints, resulting in a five-story building that departs from the typical scale of public structures.
INTERIOR DESIGN
The educational campus is located in a northern neighborhood of tel aviv – zukey aviv. The lot is located to the east of the open public space of shmuel shnizer and to the west of yair rosenblum street, right next to namir rd. The offered program to this lot includes an elementary school of 18 classrooms, a library, classroom spaces for projects and working areas for teachers.
