The educational campus is located in a northern neighborhood of tel aviv – zukey aviv. The lot is located to the east of the open public space of shmuel shnizer and to the west of yair rosenblum street, right next to namir rd.
The offered program to this lot includes an elementary school of 18 classrooms, a library, classroom spaces for projects and working areas for teachers. Moreover, there is a kindergarten complex of 5 kindergartens in a separate building, including enriching functions as well. Furthermore, there is a future planned sports hall within lot borders.
The educational project is planned based on a comprehensive urban, which combines cultural complexes with the life of the community. The building development of the lot enables accessibility for the neighborhood’s community to some of the school areas- including the main yard, the sports field, the library and the sports hall. All school spaces, including the halls, will be used as active spaces with connections and transparency between them. To achieve this goal, the classrooms are separated from the hallways by colorful, acoustic glass walls.
The connection with the outdoor is flowing and each age group, which is located in the different floors are directly connected with the outdoor areas. The layout of the complex reaches the building line in the east and west and withdraws in the north and south – allowing open green areas that separated the school from nearby residential buildings.
