The synagogue project in the new city Harish is part of a series of public projects requested from our office by the Ministry of Construction and Housing.
The synagogue of 150sqm was designed to serve the residents of its neighborhood and contains about 60 seats for men and about 35 other seats in the women’s section. The synagogue was designed together with the landscape and urban plan of the area next to it, planning the volumes of future buildings to be built next to it.
The synagogue plan is a very small and simple one, a cube that gives space to the mystic qualities of the function while using light effects threw small openings in deep walls and combining suitable materials for it.
