The plan for the National Outline Plan 38 project on HaMa’orer Street 7 involves adding six new residential units to an existing building that currently has four units.
The goal of this project is to create a residential complex with a variety of apartment types and to maximize the building rights in a high-demand area of the Gush Dan region.
The original building has four similar units on columned floors, but the proposed addition is more diverse, utilizing both the ground level and upper floors. The ground floor will feature a garden apartment, and the upper floors will include two duplex apartments and one penthouse apartment, in addition to six standard apartments on the middle floors.
