1000 Neighborhood in Rishon LeZion

General Info

Our proposal for the 1000 area is to create a distinctive language for all public areas in the 1000 neighborhood in Rishon LeZion that is high-quality, special, yet reasonably priced. Mixed uses of several land uses within the same complex will reduce car dependence and create a lively environment at all hours of the day.

A continuous street front will include commerce and recreational activities, strengthening the continuous street front as presented in the local town plan (TABA).

The design includes planting street trees, shrubs, and ground cover plants along the street and within the inner courtyards and the fifth facade of the complex.

This will contribute to the visual quality of the street, microclimate (shade), air quality, and definition of public space.  We adopt a systematic approach to planning and construction to save energy, water, and materials during the early planning stages. This goal is achieved, among other things, through effective thermal insulation, utilizing thermal mass, and isolating for energy savings.
