In 1985 I founded Bea Architects & Town Planners. In the first years the office specialized in regional planning and urban design for the northern parts of Gaza Strip. The projects dealt with urban rehabilitation, rehabilitation of refugee camps, and preparing master plans for Jebalia and Beit-Lahia. Following the Oslo Accords I founded in collaboration with Gazan engineers a firm that worked on several project in Gaza city.
